Our in house tool try-out facility enables us to sample tooling up to 200 ton. Ensuring quality and reliability prior to inspection.

Inspection.

Full detailed inspection reports are carried out in our well equipped inspection department. 3D profiles can be checked  using “Inspect 2 Cad”. This enables us to check contours and profiles in respect to a solid model. A “ best fit” function aligns both model and machined part highlighting any deviation.
